If you don’t have the goal sheet, click here for it goal sheet. Use it when we meet on Monday nights to encourage yourself and everyone else on the call. Once you have completed the goal sheet, turn your desires into SMART Goals using the sheet in the tips section below.

You can share your encouragements on this post. Here is a small list of things but it is all you can share. Come up with some additional things on your own.
* Your journey prayer requests
* Inspirational poems, quotes, etc.
* Responses to other people’s posts
* Any other ideas that you think will keep up all motivated

We want to encourage each other and it certainly helps when you can read that someone else is walking with you. Always remember, you are not alone. We are in this together.
